Hoangviet Travel.,JSC as you may know is one of the best supplier in Transportation, especially to foreign experts who works for projects in Vietnam or the foreigners who come to Vietnam on long/ short business trip  .  Since founded in January, 2005, It  has been carrying many Contracts with well-known names of customers from parts of the World. Hoangviet Travel is now evaluated as one of the best  car supplier in Vietnam

Explanations and definitions:

1. Once again, we reaffirm our high level of service that is very important to our high level of customer.  Our drivers have been carefully trained how to safely drive, how to be punctual, how to guess customer's intentions and take care, that ensure we are the trusted one with a special way of training. Our special way to train drivers is not only to give them high pay, but also give the key point of rule they need to strictly obey in order to bring best service to our customers.

2. The car price in Vietnam, for some reasons(Example: Imported Tax, Special consumption Tax), is currently becoming one of the highest prices in the World, and may be sharply dropped in the next few years.  It means, if buying a car now, after three year running for business, a loss of  two-third of its beginning value may occur.  Furthermore, Petrol, Spare parts in Vietnam are also very expensive.  Those factors make the rental charges become higher in comparison to other countries.

3. The taxi companies or many other car suppliers can give a bit lower cost, but everybody know that taxi drivers are person who cause the most accident! The reason is that most of the taxi are old, they are not well taken care to meet the safety standards, further more, driver are not well  trained  how to drive carefully so as to keep safe for customer and for themselves. Customers frequently complain about the honesty of taxi driver as they normally do cheating passenger in payment, or some taxi companies  adjust the meter that runs faster than practice. Many customers leave their valuable things like hand phone, wallet, glasses in the Taxi but can never find back. Hoangviet Travel owns a good team of new model vehicles that are under strict maintenance to meet safety standards. It’s drivers are strongly warned to ensure all of those problems never happen to customers.

4. Over time charge in the contracts is actually to pay for operating cost while the car performs which is estimated to meet standards rate.  In brief, it is our company's income, not only for driver's overtime performance. It is agreed in the contract after negotiation.

5. The same as well, performance on weekend, national holidays was reasonably estimated to meet with the mutual benefit.  As we just lease the car within scope of working hours mentioned in the contract.  After working hours, if customer does not use the car with over time charge, we have full right to use the car with our legal business purposes (normally applies for the long term contract).

6. Overnight means the car and driver need to be in province(out of Hanoi) so as to continue the trip with customer for the next day. Depending on each case and circumstances, and agreement  between Hoangviet Travel.,JSC and customer, the charge need to be issued to pay for driver 's accommodation and meals(It's called "Overnight charge" and normally applied for long term contract).

7. To extend the day(s) of service for short term rental, we need to be informed in advance so the car operator can make schedules and take control. In such case, customer need to pay for daily business appropriation of  vehicle and driver.

8. Car reservation should be made longer than 24 hrs in advance, and depends on available of vehicle, the earlier booking is made, the better of car and driver we can arrange
