We would have welcomed besides the water in the van, also instant coffee and tea. In a few restaurants we got delicious fresh fruit for desert. This would have been nice everywhere. We encourage Hoangviet to continue as is and also try to raise awareness for cleaniness and hygine in the hotels and restaurants.

Every driver you organised was always there waiting for us; the guides were also terrific - very knowledgeable, able to communicate well and also quite happy to give us an insight into their daily lives.

 

We also enjoyed all the hotels, however the highlight was definitely the Hoi An Riverside Resort! What a superb location, great food and warm and attentive staff. Unfortunately we experienced quite a lot of rain when we were there and although we couldn't enjoy lazing around their beautiful pool, it didn't stop us getting out and about...

Thank you for booking the Hai Long Dream Junk, as my wife Maree said it was one of the most spectacular things she has experienced and I have to agree with her. The junk was fantastic in every way, with very nice crew that looked after us. The food was great and so much of it that it was hard to finish all the dishes they brought out.

 

The Restaurant that you recommended in Truc Bach St was something that all travelers should experience. It was great doing the cooking at the table and the waiters though not speaking much English were great in communicating what we had to do with the meal.

 

Since being back in Denmark and speaking to lots of friends I have recommended you to them as they say that they will go to Vietnam in the near future. I am sure that we will be going back there again as we have rated it as one of our places to visit again. Only next time I will get you to book the whole trip for us.

Our trip to Vietnam was excellent - we had a lot of fun and we were grateful that we had organised all of our plans prior to us leaving our country.

You services were very useful to us because it was a 'one-stop-shop' to organise everything from hotel accomodation, to tours and flights.

Your replies were prompt and quick - the only suggestion for improvement that I could make is to have the ability to view our travel details on an online system over the internet (e.g. a customer will have an online profile with their bookings recorded). This is because there were times when the service assistance would make a typing/copying mistake, and I would have to clarify the details again over email. Having an online profile would save the constant back-and-forth process of correcting/then.
confirming the details again and again.

Thank you very much for my birthday wishes and the Christmas Greeting. Sorry I did not reply to you earlier as I have been very busy at work.

Yes. I enjoyed my Vietnam trip very much. The pick up from the airport was super. When Hai Dao gave me a Hanoi tourist map in the car, you do not know how much relief I was as I have totally no idea about Hanoi. He made me feel very welcome and he was very kind to circle up a few interesting places for me to walk round the areas on the day which I was most appreciated. Places he suggested were certainly nice and good for the tourists to visit and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He had done a great job.

Hanoi is a lot more modern than I expected and I can not believe the amount of 'Honda' motor bikes up there in the street. They are just like flies and come out anywhere and anytime. There is certainly a skill to cross the street and you just have to get use to the 'tue, tue' noise from the 'Hondas'.

Halong bay is very beautiful and peaceful in comparison with Hanoi. The nature beauty certainly swept my feet away. SAPA trip was totally a very different experience – culturally, the way that people live, behavior….. I am glad that I joined a group tour as I met a number of different friends from different countries and we all shared a good laugh and enjoy each other company.

As I do not know what to expect and the trip gave me a different view about northern Vietnam. Places that I have been and people that I met, I enjoy it very much. It certainly gave me the inclination and confident to come back to visit Vietnam again in the future.

I have no complain about the services I received so far and I certainly has no hesitant to recommend your outfit to my friends.
